A TEACHER'S REINSTATEMENT.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION- TF.I/EOnAM.) AUCKLAND, August 3. The matter of the Mount Roskill head-masters-hip was .'main before tho Board of Education. In reply to the Board's letter, urging them to reinstate Mr CDonogliue, the School Committeo wrote that they could fee no reason why they should recede from the position they had already taken up. and that in justice to tlio children they could nob s'eo their way to acoedo to the Board's request. Mr Parr moved that tho Board considered that tho matters complained of were adjudicated upon by the Court, of Appeal, and that (ho Board must request tlie Committeo to accept its decision, and inform the Committee that Mr O'Donoghue would be reinstated, and would bo placed in charge, of the school at once. Tlio motion was carried.
