DISMISSED FOR LAZINESS. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. Sl—iiY, April 25. Lieutenant Charles P. Mansel, of H.M.S. Katoomba, was court-martialled on a charge of being asleep when he was supposed to be getting the ship ready for sea. The Court decided to severely reprimand him, and dismiss him from the ship.
