MR WRAGGE'S LECTURE.
The Choral Hall was well filled last night, when Mr Wragge lectured on "Forecasting the Weather.' He explained at considerable length the various instruments employed for recording atmospheric and climatic, phenomena, and the method of collecting and dealing with the data so obtained, in order to predict, with tolerable certainty, clianges in the weather. A number of charts and pictures were projected upon a screen in order to illustrate the lecturer's remarks. To-night Mr Wragge will lecture for the last time in Christchurch, upon "j.ue Majesty of Creation."
