GERMAN OBJECTIONS REMOVED
(Received January 14th, 0.42 a.m.) LONDON, January 13. Germany has informed Lord Lausdowne that the German Federal Council will no longer ralw objections to preferential concessions between the British colonies or between the colonies and the Motherland. A modus vivendi between Britain and Germany has rendered it possible for advantages to be extended to the Cape and New Zealand.
