SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
The Addington School Committee met oft November 17th. The headmaster reported that all the teachers had resumed their duties. Tho number on the roll wa» 620, and the avercrdwded state of the infant school the Board wrote instructing the Committee to rent tha Methodist schoolroom, and Standard I. was to bo sent, over under Hie assistant mistress, Miss Armstrong. It was decided to form girls' and hor*' swimming cla.S'ses, MuiUsc the tuition of Miss* Ormaiidy and Mr H. Kennedy respectively. 'Ilie report on the. cadet corps, by Major Loveday, waa highly eatitfactory.
