CHARITABLE AID ACCOUNTS.

The balance-sheet of the Ashburton and North Canterbury United Charitable Aid Board for the year ended March 31st last lias made its appearance. Tito year begun with a credit "balance of £2138 8s lid, and ended with a debit balance of £l4 17s lid. The receipts were £15,946 4s Bd, including £5598 0s 4d from local bodies for the year, and £437 15s 5d for the previous year.
