ALLEGED FRAUD.
(rnxss association tkcsgrams.) WESTPORT, October 23. Arthur Convngham was to-day further remanded till November 4th, on a charge of wrongful conversion of £3 3s, moneys belonging to R. J. Innes, Wellington. Counsel for the prosecution stated that twelve additional informations (six for false pretences and six for forgery of orders for books) had been laid, and were ser, down for November 4th. Accused was released on £SO bail.
