THE NONCONFORMIST PROTEST

The Committee of the Free Church ’ Council advise British Nonconformists to insist at the general election upon an amendment, to the Education Act in the direction of providing sufficient public schools to meet the wants of the whole population, renting and purchasing suitable denominational buildings, and that all public-aided schools be under popular control.
