AN OFFER FROM SOUTH AFRICA.
LONDON, April 26. Two hundred of the Kaffrarian Rifles, with two Maxims, are offering for service in Somaliland. In Simla opinion favours the sending of further Indiun troops, and the warships atAden have been ordered to hold Maxim parties in readiness to land a brigade at Berbera.
