Branch of the iNew Zealand Farmers Union, Mr Jno. T.awry, the President, occupied the chair. After dealing with the correspondence, tbe bal-ance-sheet for the past year was _abmitted, and a balance of £2 13s was shown to ba in hand. A vote of thankw to the president and secretary for their »«vic<s for tho past year w_s carried, and the following committee were elected for the enawing year:—Messrs Jno. Lawry (president), Black-nore. -Marshall, F. Andrew. Foster, Woods, M. F. Ryan, Crump, and Mcßean (secretary). It wac decided the eubecription should b_ 5s for this year.
