THE "DAILY MAIL"' STRICTURES. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 18th, 9.44 a.m.) PERTH, April 18. The Hon. B. R. Wise has returned from London. Referring to the fall in Australian stocks he said they shared the same fate as all high-class securities, including consola. He thought the "Daily Mail's" criticisms had had some effect in reducing the value of Australian stocks, bat not so much as was imagined.
