Messrs Kinross t (chairman), Leslie, Matthire, Coulter, Eaglesome, and Lauren, eon attended a meeting of the Hornby Committee. It was, reported that after paying oil expenses,' the 'recent* concert in aid of the prise fund had resulted in a credit balance of £8. It' was decided to give every child attending the school a prize according to merit per the Inspector's examination, and a Sub-Committee, consisting of Messrs Manhire, Kinross, and the headmaster, was appointed to purchase the pries. *
