OTTAWA, October 2.
The Canadian Pacific Railroad shareholders have authorised the establishment of a eteamsihip line for the Atlantic trade by purchase or lease, and whether or not a fast service be subsidised. The directors are meanwhile to select ports euited for tht requirements of tie traffic.
