A CORONATION ODE.

The Ode which was to be rendered at the State performance roimnanded by his Majesty to be held at Covent Garden Opera House on June 30th, was written by Mr Arthur Christopher Benson, Assistant Master at Eton College, a son of the late Archbishop Benson. It was set to music for soprano, contralto, tenor, and bass sob, chorus, and orchestra, by Dr. Edward Elgar. It consists of six parts, and the following are the first and sixth: — CROWN THE KING I Introduction, Soli, and Chorus. Crown the King with Life!
