In the House of Commons, Lord vranborne stated that Barcn Lambennont, a Belgiai! jurist, who had been appointed by Britain and France as arbitrator in the Waima (West Africa) affair, has awarded Great Britain £9000 for the loss of officers killed by a French force some years ago.
