CORONATION DAY—THURSDAY, JUNE 26.
The Post Office will be open for the sale of stamps and delivery of letters from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. The usual despatch of mails will be made up to 9 a.m., and the mails for South express will close at that hour. There will be no delivery by letter carriers on Thursday, 26th inst., but a counter delivery of all correspondence will he made on Wednesday, between 7.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m., and letters may be obtained at tbe Post Office counter from 8.80 to 9.30 o.m. Thursday. Mails for Australian States, etc., per Warrimoo, close at Wellington Saturday, at 11 o.m. A mail for South' Africa closes at Melbourne on 2Sth June. A moil from Capetown is due in Christchuroh on June 24th; per Woimate. Tile next mail from the United Kingdom l» due in Chmtehureh on June 24th, v» Brindisi.'
