MA GISTRATES , COURTS.
Messrs W. H. Cooper, J. M. Douglas, and J. Forrester, Justices of the Peace, presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday. INEBRIETY. A man, not previpusly' convicted, was fined 5s and costs for inebriety. ALLEGED WILFUL DESTRUCTION. May Sutherland was remanded till tod«ty on a charge of wilMly tearing some bed-clothes, and breaking a window at the Samirifcan Home on Thursday. The damage was alleged to have been done while accused was in an excited! state of mind.
