THE COMPENSATION CLAIMS. (Received June 20th, 10.17 p.m.) • LONDON, June 20. Mr Chamberlain said the three millions mentioned in the terms of surrender did not apply to the compensation to loyalists. The compensation claims in the Cape and ! Natal amounted to two millions, and would be chargeable to the Transvaal out of the larst loan raised, except those -cla'.ins arising out of damage in Cape < my by rebels,and natives, which would fall'on the I Caj^jibvernment.
