REVOLT OF FRENCH SUBJECTS

The "Daily Mail's" Bangkok correspon- <• ent states that it is reported that twentythousand French subject, in Laos territory are in revolt eastward of the Mekong. A telegram on March 7th stated that t.ie "'Morning Post" asserted that Russia supports the French Minister at Bangkok, in demanding ths cession of th. Luang Pr .bang Province.. Siam's independence was, thus jeopardised. Great Britain's attention was urgectly called to the movement. ..'.-''.
