LAND SALES

A very successful land sale was held on Saturday by Messrs Pyne and Co., at their rooms, when several sections of land at •Lincoln, in the estate of the late F. C. Pyne, were offered. The following were the sales effected:—Lot 1, 83 acres, at £30 15a per acre", Mr Topham. Lob 2, homestead, 40 acres, at £31 per acre, Mr Wolfe. Lot 3, 10 acres, pa.fsed in. Lot 4, 29 acres, £27 per acre, Mr Mayne. Lot 5, 7 acres, £50 per acre, Mr T. Yarr. 6, . 24 acres, £26 15s per acre. Linoofn College. Lot 7, 19 acres, at £30 5s per acre. Air Mayne. Lote 8 and 9,51 acres, at £30 p;x acre, Lincoln College. The total amount realised by the saJe was £7455. Messrs H. Ma'tson and Co. have sold on account Mr J. Beaumont, Waikari, 60 acres to 3lr Pv. Mitchell at £10 10s. On account executors of bhe late Stephen Wills 16{ acres at Kpringrton to Mr J. Blackmore at .£l3. per acre.
