TE KOUKA was one of the earliest selections of the celebrated Horsley Downs Property, and is situated ivithin, five miles of the Medbury Railway Station, and within seven miles of the Hawarden Saleyards. The property is 'divided; into 22 paddocks, by wire fences, all in splendid order. There is a very good Dwellinghouse, with hot and cold water laid on. Orchard in bearing, plantations and garden.
