Sir,—"Constant Subscriber" wishes to know when it will be open. If "C.S." liad taken the trouble-to see for himself the amount of work that is to be, and lias been done, might have saved hknself the trouble of airing his fancied grievance in the newspapers. The work that is being done is for the subscribers' benefit. In reference to his ticket, I have no doubt the College Board will make good his Is 3d on demand.—Yours;, "etc., COMMON SENSE.
