REEVES'S PROPRIETARY COMPANY. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders in tho Revee's Proprietary Gold Dreeing Company, limited,, was heitf in the compare's office, xiereford street, yesterday afternoon, to consider an option over.'the company's claim and properly to Mr A. ,P. Harper, for the sale of the same to an English company on the following tenna:-—£2oo to be paid as deposit to bo .spent in prospecting the claim, o rto be part purchase money, at the option of the option-holder, but forfeit able in. the event of the purchase not being' completed; the term of option.to nine months; £1 per share net cash for all shares on option by the present compnny; the Reeves's Company to receive 25 per cent, of the loading of any English company in fully paid up shares.; working capital to be provided by, the now company not to be less than £35,000, nor more than XoO.OOOj the Roeves'a Proprietary Company to retain ail gold won by their dredge or dredges prior to the completion of the purchase; should the Reeves" s Company purchase any dredge or dredges before the purchase is completed by the new company, tho latter to lake over such dredge or diedgea at ft price to be agreed upon by the selling and. purchasing companies, and any dispute aa to tho vajue to be settled by arbitration; the new company to place not' jess than four suitable dredges 'on tho claim, any extra dredge provided by the present - company as allowed for in. the previous clause, to count as one of the number; a full title and possesaion to be given on payment of tho cash consideration named, and the proportion, of shares aa provided tor to be issued immediately thereafter; offer to remain open for three -weeks from date of'sanction by meeting; the .directors to be empowered to arrange all details required to carry out the above proposals it accepted by Mr Harper.
