WELLINGTON, June 7.Some heavy showers fell this morning, but afternoon and evening were comparatively fine, and enabled Avork to be carried on at the ju-ches and stands without interruption. The men employed on the Westport Harbour Board's coal and gold arch worked overtime this evening. This, Avill bo .<.-out the most massive arch on the route of the procession. ,
