Sir Alfred Milner's departuit for Pretoria is indefinitely postponed. (Received January 20th, 4.52 p.m.) LONDON. January 19., The Portuguese are transporting to Lisbon nine hundred Boer refugees at Delagoa Bay. General Tucker has been appointed to command at Bloeinfontein. General Hunter is invalided. General Clements commands the Seventh Division.
