Compiling ths scores for the Commonwealth Aggregate," which consisted of the scores made in tho three stages of "The Queen Victoria," '"The Lord Roberts," "The New South Wales," "The Victoria," and "The Queensland" matches was not completed till a late hour. In this aggregate thero were two hundred and liftythreo prizj.s, amounting to 5700. SergeantHawker, of the Victorian Artillery (who is well known in Nsv,- Zealand, -having competed at Trent-ham, Oamaru, Auckland, ai-.d other meetings), who had scored consistently in all the m-iehe*-, secured first prize, £50, with 373; Hmritfc (Ad-laid-.), secund, £40, with £75; Whitehead (Victoria), 565, third piiz. of £50. The New Zealanders who got placed in the list were Winslade (Wanganui), 563, thirteenth ; T. Robinson (Honorary Reserves Corps, Christchurch), 552, thirty-first ; and J. Wilson (Feilding), 550, thirty-fifth. The prizes won by the New Zealanders in this match are £5, £4, and £4 respectively.

SYDNEY, January 13. The Roberts's Match was won by Kell, of Batihurst, with 67. J. Wilson secured eighth prize, £6, with 62; and Robinson and Winslade, £2 each. Tha Victorian Alatcb was won by Ross, of Victoria, with 34; Ballinger securing third prize of £10 with 32; Gat-land, £2; Evans, £1. In the New South Wales Match Parsons, Winslade, AlcCarthy, and Ballinger won £1 each. The Empire Match resulted: Queensland 593, first; Bathurst, 582, second; Tasmania, 573, third; Bendigo and New South Wales, each 552, fourth; New Zealand No. 2 Team, 551, fifth. The New Zealand team's prize was £24. A fish-tail wind was blowing, and the New Zealand first team, picked on the shooting, went all to pieoes on the first range, Winslade losing four shots, and Alacgregoi?* six shots through lack cf time. The second team shot very wall. Following are its scores: Loveday 79, Cox 76, Ingpen 73, Wilson (Fielding) 70, McHattie 66, Gatland 63, King and Steadman 62. The New Zealanders left by the Aloana last night.
