RUSSIAN NAVAL REINFORCEMENTS.

ST. PETERSBURG, October 1. Russia has ordered her new ironclads Sevastopol and Poltara, and five large torpedo boats to reinforce the squadron at Port Arthur. (The Sevastopol and Poltava are of 10,960 tons displacement, and of the following dimensions:—Length., 367tt 6in ; beam 69ft; draught, 26it. They cost £1,093,000 each.
