TASMANIA'S PROPOSAL. ADELAIDE, October 2. The Cabinet lias considered the Tasraaniar Parliament's proposed message to Mr Cham berlsdn, and decided that as an interference with British party politics, such a message at this juncture would be most impolitic. (Received October 3rd, 10.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 2. Sir William Lyne has informed the Tasmanian Premier that he has communicated with the several Premiers in reference to the proposed message to Air Chamberlain, congratulating him with reference to South Africa, and that the majority were of opinion that the message would be injudicious at tihe present time.
