The dredgemaster of the Matau dredge reports a return of 420z for three days. Th Electric Company's return -was telegraphed at 2230z, but this 13 subject to confirmation.
Tho directors of the Cromwell Company have declared a first dividend of five shillings per share, and have started a fund to meet contingencies to equalise dividends.
AUCKLAND, September 12. The Crown Mine return for August shows that 2940 tons were treated for bullion valued at £5774.
The Whangamata Gold Corporation return for August shows that 900 tons yielded bullion valued at __39.
