United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received August 28th. 12.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, August 27. Sailed—Mokoia, for the Bluff. The ship Royal Tar, from New Zealand, encountered a succession of fierce gales. Her sails were blown to ribbons, and she was driven far out of her course.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGBAHS.) WELLINGTON. August 27. The Paparoa arrived at Plymouth August 25th; the Waikato arrived at Monte Video. 24th; the Rakaia sails from Plymouth, Sep-t-eni-er 6th, for Auckland. Tlie Mariposa, with the colonial mails of the 6th August, arrived at San Francisco on the 24th inst., due date.
