WALTHAM.
' At Waltham tihere was a fair attendance of householders. Mr R. M. Taylor occupied the chair. The balance-sheet of the incidental fund showed that there was a credit balance of £24 3s ,6d. The following resolutions were carried: —"That it be a reeomrnendatdoei to the incoming committee to take into consideration the maltter of the re-arrangement of the school district boundaries, with a view to enlarging the same." "That this meeting of householders in the Waft/ham school district views with regret the action of the' Board of Education in reducing salaries' and incidental expenses, and would respectfully ask the Minister of Education, to take steps to re-instate the £4 capitation grant." The following were elected to the new committee: —Messrs A. Clifford, W. Dfcford, D. Gow, C._ V. Harvey, J. B. Sim (chairman), J. kincock, J. Taylor, R. M. Taykw, and W. Wraigh*.
