That the rush on the WAIMANGOROA is well known to WEST COASTERS as being one of the best fields on the Coast. The Vendors have secured 'an option over 31 £ Acres of Freehold Land &t £10 per acre (the Banks of the River), and S6J- Acres of the River held under a license as a special claim; total area, 68 Acres. The Capital of the Company will be £12,000 in £1 Shares—lβ on application, Is on allotment, balance in calls not exceeding 2s at intervals of not less than one month; 2000 Shares go to the Vendors, leaving 10,000 for public subscription.
