Reuters Constantinople correspondent indicates that the Porte has decided to ask Prince Ferdinand of Bulgaria to visit Constantinople before visiting Russia. The Sultan said he was uneasy of Prince Ferdinand's alleged intended betrothal to the Grand Duchess Olga of Russia.
