The market rate of discount for nest three months' bills is -.per cent, higher at 4 per cent. The Bank of England rate is 4 per cent., as against 4_- per cent, on January 18th, 6 per cent, on November 29th, 5 per cent, on October 4th, 4£ per cent, on October 3rd, 3i per cent, on July 15th, 3 per cent, on 12th July, and 3§ per cent, on 19th January.
