H. ____rg__aves "That tiie Committee be the Oo_xaittee of the whole house, and itthat an Executive Committee, coneisting of 12 clergy and 12 laity be appointed by the Synod by ballot witfh power to add to its number outside the Synod." rhe time, of ballot was fixed for 9 o'clock. * The Rev. C.. H. Gossefct resumed the debate on the Rev. H. T. Purchas's motion of more systematic efforts to be made to bring before the young C/hui_b_nen of the Diocese the call of the Church for lajbourere in the ministry, emd the blessings of that service. - The debate was ir-bar—ipted by the d_stribution of the voting papera for the ejection of the Standing CJomnuttee.
