LETTER FROM MR CHAMBERLAIN.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AMERICASYMPATHY. LONDON, October 18. Mr Chamberlain, .writing to the London correspondent of the "New York Tribune," acknowledges America's recognition of the justice of Great Britain's policy in South Africa. He says that her motives in interfering in the Transvaal arc parallel with those which led America to interfere in Cuba, the main difference being that Great Britain is chiefly championing the Britishers, who are deprived of their promised rights.
