TELEGRAMS TO THE MAYOR. His Worship the Mayor yesterday received telegrams of sympathy-'from his Excellency the Governor, the Right Hon. tbe Premier, and the Mayor of Hokitika, with reference to the recent railway accident at the Rakaia. Seddon." . j His Worship sent the following reply: — "Right Hon. K. J. Seddon—l will convey your kindly message of sympathy.to suf-; ferers, who, I am sure, will be gratified to receive same.
