'♦ To-night Miss Maggie Moore, who is well and favourably known to Christchurch play. goers, will commence a season at the Theatre' Royal with a strong company. She will ba ' supported in the principal parts by Mr H. R J < Roberts, who brings with, liim a high reputation from Australia. The opening pi«.j will be the musical comedy of "Mrs Quinn. Twins," in which several of the newest songs, dances, kt:. will be introduced. Tha company have just, concluded a successful season in Dunedin. and no doubt will receiva a warm welcome this evening. "Mrs Qninn'a Twins" will be played for two nights only and on Tuesday next "A Prodigal Father" 5 will be staged.
