<m Mrs and Miss M'Kenzie came down from Hanmer Plains yesterday. • Mr Gordon D. Shaw was a passenger ifor Dunedin by the Flora yesterday. The Rev. J. Hamilton arrived from the North by the Flora on Wednesday nhrht. Mr and Mrs De Montalk were passengers for Dunedin by the same steamer yesterday. Bishop Julius, the Revj E. A. and Mrs Scott, the Rev. T A. Hamilton, and Mr Mountfort returned from Ashburton by the express last evening. / Mr Geo. Jameson went to Ashburton yesterday. - Sir Robert Stout was a passenger by the Rotomahana from Wellington last night. .' Mr Tegetmeier was also a passenger. "Mrs C. C. Bowen and Miss jrfawen and Mrs Elworthy were passengers for the south by the express yesterday morning.
