A "DOG FIEND" IN AUCKLAND.
A Press Association telegram states, a "dog fiend" has started operations at Devonport, a suburb of Auckland. Thirteen dogs have been poisoned in one day by poisoned meat, and there is no clue to the perpetrator. The Borough Council have offered a substantial reward.
