Monday, February 6. (Before G. W. Russell and T. N. Horsley, Esqrs., J.P.'s.) - Indecent Exposure. —Samuel Austin, for drunkenness, was fined ss, or twenty-four hours' imprisonment, and for indecent exposure was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, the Bench being of opinion that his misconduct arose from his being drunk. s Drunkenness.—Robt. Lynass, for being drunk wliile in charge of a horse and cart, was sentenced to a month's imprisonment, the Bench expressing the opinion that the public must be protected from men of his stamp, and that a mere monetary fine would do no good. Bridget Lane, alias Madden, was fined 20s, or in default fourteen days' imprisonment.
