'ike Kotomahana is being detained iiere till Monday. February 5. Arrived, Te Anau, from the south; Tutanekai, from the West Coast. The-weather this afternoon is very thick at the heads, and when the telegraph ollice closed there were no signs of the Vancouver xna'il steamer. The Kotorua is being' detained to convey the mails south.
The Takapuna is announced to leave for Nelson, New Plymouth, and Onehunga at midnight, but she may be delayed owing to thick weather.
