The American Government is disposed to ©fler the Cuban troopi fifteen million dollars in settlement of the claim made by General Gomez, on condition that America is reimbursed from tho revenues of tho island. LONDON, February 3. A Rcuter_ message states that General Gomez, the Cuban loader, has accepted three million dollars, not as pay, but for relief put poses. His men are now disbanding, and resuming their occupations.
