A cricket match at Kaiapoi on Thursday with Cambridge terrace resulted in favour of Kaiapoi 124. Brown 52 not out, T. Wright 36, Driscoll 16, Whitley 9 not out; Cambridge terrace 39 (Hatch, sen., 13). Wright, Blackwell and Brown bowled for the winners.
