His Honour sat in banco at 15 minutes to 12 o'clock. BE GEO. BEATTY, DECEASED; AND WARD AND CO. V KENT AND OTHERS. Argument was resumed in this case by Mr Fisher for Kent and others. After hearing counsel his Honour reserved judgment. The Court then rose.
