Tuesday, January 10. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., S.At.) Drtjnkenxess.—For this offence a man was fined 5s or, in delault, twenty-fo« hours' imprisonment.
Affiliation.—\valtvr G. Seatree was ordered to pay Amelia Kubala, for whom Mr Mills appeared, 5s per week towards the support of their illegitimate child.
Trespass.—James Aitchison was charged M-idi utisp.issing on tJie premises oi his vviie. Mr Stringer ;:ppi\ir«l for the complainant! He said Mrs Aitchisou had obtained an order under the -Uarncd fevsims .Summary Reparation Act, but the defendant would nob leave the house, which was his wife's, und caused ■her a great deal of annoyance. He was fined £1, with costs 7s, and solicitor's fee £1 Is, and the .Magistrate nuoimed *»vi it he persisted in hanging about his house he would be sent to gaol. Maintenance.—Malcolm Kjm'v was ordered to pay 2s 6d per week towards the maintenance of Ann Ken- at the Sunnyside Lunatic Asylum, together with £1 Is solicitor's fee.—Thomas Fwrarty was ordered to pay 15s per week k> his wife, Mary Ann Fogarty. a destitute person.
