In the absence of adeqate documents, the Court of Cassation has demanded the production, of Colonel Picquart's dossier, wild a view of deciding the application before the 'Court. This action has had the effect of suspending tta«x>urt-marti-l. The decision of the Court _ias been received with some approval. LONDON, December 9. "The Times" Paris correspondent states that the Court of Cassation holds the famous bordereau, which is not attributable to Dreyfus. The secret dossier indicates the existence of traitors, but does not mention anyone. It is anticipated that Dreyfus will be declared innocent.
