Hamilton, Esq., the District Agent of the Public Trustee, Christchurch, and in writing, on or before the twenty-first day of FEBRUARY, 1899, full particulars of such claims, giving the items and amounts of the same; and the Public Trustee will, at the expiration of the said time, or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be, distribute the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims which the Public Trustee shall have then, had notice, and according to the priorities given by the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being to such claims as between themselves respectively.
