THE SUICIDE OF COLONEL HENRY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, September 1. The French authorities are accused of conniving at Colonel Henry's suicide, which occurred immediately after his visit to the General Staff Officer, who ordered the sentry not to disturb the prisoner. September 2. The organ of the General Staff of the French army admits that the revision of the Dreyfus case is obligatory on the authorities.
