Mr Meare3 applied for probate herein, and his Honour made the order. BOWEN V NORTH CANTERBURY HOSPITALBOARD. On the application of Mr George Harris, Mr Lane consenting, his Honour made an order further postponing this matter for a fortnight. RE JAMES MAY, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Brown his Honour made an order herein appointing a new trustee. RE ROBT. ALLEN, DECEASED. Mr Lane applied for the confirmation of the report of the Registrar herein, and his Honour made the order. MILES V UNION* BANK. On the application of Mr W. B. Cowlishaw, his Honour granted further time, until October 31st, herein for the return of the commission granted to take evidence. i RE H. M. BEAUMONT. DECEASED. Mr Fereday applied herein for reference ; to the Registrar of claim f<>r commission by the executor, and his Honour inado the order as prayed. ,_ RE SAMUEL HEWLIXGS, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Hall, his Honour confirmed the report of the Registrar herein. NATIONAL BASK V BARCLAY AND OTHERS. This matter, which was a summons to file further accounts, stood over, Mr Georgo Harris having been only served with the summons on the preceding day.
